Lafayette County Children’s Service Fund Board of Directors
This Board of Directors is appointed by the Lafayette County Commissioners to serve as defined in Missouri Revised Statutes, Chapter 210, Section 210.861. They serve as citizens throughout the county without pay.
We thank D.J. Davis, Odessa, and Mike Siegfried, Marshall, both Representatives to Missouri House of Representatives in 2003 for instigating the passage of Section 67.1775 MO Revised Statutes which authorized the use of sales taxes for this Children's Service Fund.
